Released "Team" and "Administrator Authority" functions
meeting the needs for easier team & project management
Tokyo – February 22, 2021 – OPEN8 introduced “Team” to easily manage files and materials by each team organization or project to share with multiple users. Users who belong to the same team can share materials and edited videos on the same screen. Also, with the additional “administrator authority” function, the appointed administrator can set up teams or appoint members to access the files, Video BRAIN can now manage and control users smoothly by multiple organizations within a company.

What is “Team”
This is a working group where files and materials can be displayed and shared on the same management screen. It can be used on an organization or project basis and can be added or changed according to the organizational structure and project status. When using Video BRAIN in multiple teams such as marketing, sales, and human resources, it is possible to manage information within the company by setting up the appropriate team.
What can “Administrator Authority” do?
Users with administrator authority can add teams and add or delete users according to the organization and projects that utilize Video BRAIN. The same user can be assigned to multiple teams, making it possible to manage files and materials across departments.
