By using machine learning for video production, the company is improving the quality of service for inexperienced users while reducing the time required for video production. The approach is particularly interesting in that it understands the type of “corporate storytelling” by learning from a large number of press releases, which leads to a function that automatically generates the best videos based on the data submitted. As the amount and diversity of data to be fed increases and the accuracy of the algorithm improves, it could present better videos depending on the purpose of the video, target users, corporate culture, and product characteristics.

■Background to the launch of VIDEO BRAIN
Open8 has been developing and deploying the “LeTRONC AI”, which automatically generates “recommended” video content for the user from over 12,000 videos in its media business,”LeTRONC”, by analyzing users’ viewing and search behavior history.
