After working as a listing advertising consultant, he joined OPEN8 in 2016 and worked as a marketing consultant for the Ad Platform and media businesses before becoming a member of the Sales and Marketing team for the Video BRAIN. He contributed to the launch of Customer Success from scratch. Currently, as manager of the Customer Experience Group, he is promoting the maximization of Customer Xperience through community building and other activities.
